Our Principal

Mrs. Milsi Perez, Principal
I am so pleased to welcome you to Bulverde Creek for the 2025-26 academic school year. This is my 24th year in education and my 1st year at Bulverde Creek. I feel so proud to have the ability to serve this great community as your principal. I look forward to working with you this year. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child's educational career!
I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and continued my education at the University of Texas at San Antonio a few years later when I attained a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Prior to being a Principal, I was the assistant principal at Wilderness Oak. I served as a teacher and also had the chance to support grades Pre-K through 5th grade as a literacy coach.
I am the mother to two wonderful children. My son is a 2025 graduate of Johnson High School and my daughter is in the fourth grade.

Assistant Principal

Mrs. Kelley Keener, Asst. Principal
I am honored and excited to serve the Bulverde Creek Elementary community as Assistant Principal. Bulverde Creek has been my home for the past nine years, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting our incredible students, staff, and families in this new role. I earned my Master's degree in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University–San Antonio, and over my 17 years in education, I have served students in a variety of elementary classrooms and leadership roles. My experience as a kindergarten teacher and Grade Level Chair has strengthened my passion for building relationships, supporting teachers, and helping every student succeed.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my big blended family, which includes four children and four stepchildren, with two still in college. Family has taught me the importance of patience, teamwork, and celebrating every milestone. I believe every child deserves a safe, welcoming environment where they feel valued and inspired to learn, and I look forward to partnering with our Bulverde Creek families and staff to make this another amazing year for our Texans.
