Mrs. Milsi Perez

I am so pleased to welcome you to Bulverde Creek for the 2025-26 academic school year. This is my 24th year in education and my 1st year at Bulverde Creek. I feel so proud to have the ability to serve this great community as your assistant principal. I look forward to working with you this year. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child's educational career!

I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and continued my education at the University of Texas at San Antonio a few years later when I attained a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership. Prior to being a Principal, as an AP at Wilderness Oak, and I served as a teacher and also had the chance to support grades Pre-4 through 5th grade as a literacy coach.

I am the mother to two wonderful children. My son is a junior who attends DATA @ Roosevelt and my daughter is in second grade.

Mrs. Eleanor Rodriguez

I am excited to be in my fourth year as an assistant principal with NEISD and my first year at Bulverde Creek Elementary! It’s an honor to be part of the BCE community and to serve as a Bulverde Creek Texan.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Special Education from West Chester University in 1988, and later completed my Master’s in Instructional Leadership at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2019.

My husband and I are both proud to work for NEISD. He is currently a math specialist for the district, after having taught math at Johnson High School for many years. Together, we have three wonderful sons—Alex, Justin, and Matthew—who are all graduates of Johnson High School. We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional education our children received through NEISD.

This year is especially exciting for us, as we’re looking forward to the arrival of our first grandchild in March!
